STEAM Alliance for female talent

Its core mission is to join forces, seek synergies, and promote concrete initiatives that contribute to shaping an education and training system that eliminates gender stereotypes associated with certain professions and occupations. It aims to empower women in STEAM disciplines in the early stages of their education and help close the gender gap, which enables young women to access these disciplines just as in the international context.

We have received the Igualdad en la Empresa (Equality in the Company) seal. This certification granted by Spain’s Ministry for Health, Social Services, and Equality is for companies that follow best practices and experiences to ensure equal opportunities between men and women.
