That is why we work to create an inclusive environment and base all our actions on the principle of equality and non-discrimination, thus establishing a respectful setting that allows people to develop talents to their fullest potential.

Pride: We make our commitment visible. We promote and implement real actions.

Safe spaces: Wherever we operate, we create a respectful environment to develop talent to its fullest potential.

Ongoing action: We continue to take action by implementing specific and effective measures that improve the lives of people in the community at work and in their personal lives.

Love is love: Because what matters is not who you love, but who you are.

Proud at Repsol Allies Group

Since 2020, we have had a group of volunteers working towards a common goal: equality for the LGBTI+ community in the workplace, creating a safe space that contributes to attracting and retaining talent, guaranteeing the well-being of the company's employees and equal opportunities regardless of their sex, gender, or orientation wherever the company is present.

It reflects the company's commitments to diversity and inclusion, as set out in the Sustainability and Strategic Plans.

In 2019, we joined REDI, an association of businesses and professionals whose common goal is to foster an inclusive and respectful environment in organizations that value talent regardless of their gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation.

We have been on the Board of the Directors since 2021.

Standards of conduct on non-discrimination of LGBTI people

We signed the “Standards of conduct for business: Tackling discrimination against LGBTI people” promoted by the United Nations and the Ministry of Exterior Affairs that aims to help businesses examine their current policies and practices, while establishing new strategies to respect and promote the human rights of LGBTI people.
